Bethard and Metric Gaming Enter US Agreement

A new deal has been formed by US sports betting solutions expert, Metric Gaming, and globally popular Swedish iGaming brand, Bethard, which entered the Danish market this past August. The two will commence their work together on coming up with B2B solutions for the US market in betting and gaming sectors.

Their partnership was even given a name – Hard Metrics! This venture will deliver turnkey solutions for online gambling and sports betting to operators who are planning on entering US soil.

Less Complication, More Accessibility

As executives of these two companies explain…

…the joint deal was envisioned as a way of making entering the US market less complicated for operators. Metric has a very good starting position to make this a reality for any interested party:

In October, they concluded a $10 million investment into their growth in the US via the launch of go-to products. They will also have additional funds at their disposal provided by RDA Ventures LLC.

Speaking of their alliance with Metric, Bethard’s co-founder and CEO, Erik Skarp, says:

“With a one-stop-shop solution, I feel confident that we can now focus our energy on obtaining licenses and be readily accessible to operators in a timely fashion. These are exciting times and we look forward to another successful journey.”

Grounds Covered

Metric’s founder and CEO, Martin de Knijff, is taking big pride in the strength of the combined offering that will be suitable for established sports betting operators and new operators.

He added: “Metric is very excited by the prospect of working closely with Bethard to provide a compelling turnkey solution for operators to gain entry into the US market via one contract and one provider.”

Minutiae of their contract mentions that the cooperation combines full sports betting solution package provided by Metric and iGaming platform provided by Bethard’s B2B subsidiary, Together Gaming.

Moreover, Bethard will throw in an “array of operational services ranging from customer support to payment methods.”

Constantly Breaking New Ground

In December, Bethard secured two important licenses…

…those of Sweden and Ireland, with the latter being the so called remote bookmaker license, given to them by Irish Revenue Department. This was Malta-headquartered company’s fifth national gaming license acquired in Europe.

A joining of forces that also occurred in 2018’s final month was with provider titans, NetEnt. Together, they have rolled out a completely new, custom-made virtual live casino experience – Next Level Live – that contains two blackjack tables and one roulette game, all coming with several different ambiances and backgrounds.

Bethard’s Casino Manager, Bjørnar Heggernes, remarked that Next Level Live will allow the company to have an unprecedented level of product ownership and control “and that the new live casino is 100% Bethard.”
