Global Gaming Awards London 2019 Winners Announced

Last year, the Global Gaming Awards took place in Las Vegas and this year the ceremony was organized in the Hippodrome Casino at a famous afternoon tea.

This was one of the rare events where some of the biggest industry chief executives gathered in the same place at the same time.

Different Categories

The nominees were first divided into 16 different categories, after a 12-month observation of their achievements and overall working progress.

Being nominated and also awarded is a huge honor for each company that made it onto the list…

…because it confirms once again how respected and important each of the companies is within the industry.

The final decision was in the hands of a team of 50 expert judges who completed the difficult task of submitting their first and second choice votes.

Also, it is equally important to mention the partners of the awards. BetConstruct was the Lead partner, followed by category sponsors, Inbet Games, Pragmatic Play, SG Digital, Asia Live Tech, ActiveWin, and Betradar.

And the Winners Are…

Ladbrokes was named the best betting shop operator, followed by Tipico and William Hill. Also, Bet365 took home the award for the best online sports betting operator…

…while Sky betting & gaming and Bwin made it to the top three in that category.

When it comes to the best retail suppliers, Betradar came in first, while SBTech and BetConstruct came in second and third.

Kambi was named the best company in online sports betting supplier category, followed by equally big names, SG Digital and Betradar.

In the land-based casino category, the winner was Casino de Monte-Carlo and LeoVegas was named the best online casino of the year.

Also, the best casino supplier is officially Novomatic, while the best online casino supplier award went to Evolution Gaming.

In the casino product category, NetEnt’s Jumanji was a definite favorite, while Mr. Green’s Live Beyond Live and IGT’s CrystalCurve made it to the top three.

The best payment solution officially is Trustly, followed by PayPal and Easy Payment Gateway…

…and the best corporate service provider this year is Continent8 Technologies.

Jackpotjoy took home the best online bingo operator award, while Pokerstars won in the online poker operator category.

The company that offers the number one affiliate programme officially is Bet365 while Kindred Group’s Player Safety Early Detection System was awarded best corporate responsibility programme.

And, let’s not forget to mention the Chief Executives that made it to the top of the list. Kenny Alexander from GVC took home the award as the number one Chief Executive…

…and was followed by Pontus Lindwall and Jesper Svensson.
